More Than Properties, We Build Futures
My Dreams Properties is a Bengaluru property company led by Mr. Poojari Muni Reddy. We develop and sell plotted layouts, and we take on residential construction and layout development for clients across the city.
Our current project is Vivanta Green Meadows at Kodihalli Village, Hoskote Taluk: 95 villa plots on land converted for residential use, sanctioned by the STRR Planning Authority and registered with Karnataka RERA until October 2028. Twenty-five plots are currently available.
We publish the approval numbers, the RERA certificate and the sanctioned plot list on the project page, so buyers can check the paperwork before they call us.

Managing Director
Mr. Poojari Muni Reddy leads My Dreams Properties and oversees the development of Vivanta Green Meadows, from land conversion and sanction through to handover.
The sales team works out of the site office at Vivanta Green Meadows and can walk buyers through the approvals, the plot list and the payment options in person.

At Vivanta Green Meadows the infrastructure is part of the approved plan, not a promise added later. These figures come from the sanctioned layout drawing.
